What types of apartments do you have?

We offer four configurations designed for your comfort:

One Bedroom Apartment: 1 double bed + 1 bathroom.
Two Bedroom Apartment Standard: 2 double beds + 1 bathroom.
Two Bedroom Apartment Superior: 2 double beds + 2 bathrooms.
Three Bedroom Apartment: 3 double beds + 2 bathrooms.

Note: All double beds can be separated into single beds. Please note that larger apartments (2 and 3 bedrooms) do not have sea views.

Do you have parking in the building?

Yes, we have parking in the same building with direct access to the apartments.

General rate: 20€ / night.
Web Benefit: If you book directly through our website, parking is FREE of charge.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Check-in:	From 15:00h onwards.
Check-out:	Until 11:00h.

Luggage: If you arrive early or wish to leave late, we can store your luggage at reception until 19:00h free of charge.

Check in address: Carrer Perelló 27, B, Barcelona.

Additional fees and deposits:

Late Check-in (19:00h – 00:00h): 30€
Late Check-in (After 00:00h): 50€
Tourist tax: 10,45€per person/night.
Refundable deposit: 200€.

Is my reservation refundable?

Non-refundable Rate The total amount is charged upon confirmation.

Standard Rate FREE cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

Additional Services

Cleaning: Final cleaning is included in your stay. If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please contact us for rates.

Airport Transfer:

Up to 4 people: 45€
5–6 people: 52€

Can I choose the floor of my apartment?

Our apartments are located from the ground floor to the 7th floor. You can indicate your preference when booking and we will do our best to accommodate it, although we cannot 100% guarantee it due to operational reasons.
