    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
     
    BOOKINGS:
     
    Once you have completed all the necessary data of your reservation, as well as your credit card information, you will receive an email with the detailed reservation confirmation and all the steps to follow until you arrive at the apartment. If you do not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.
     
    PRICE AND PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION:
     
    The price of your stay will be established according to the chosen apartment, extras and contracted services, as well as the season and number of occupants. The price includes VAT and the cost of the mandatory cleaning service at the end of the stay.
    Children under 2 enter free.
    The payment of your reservation will be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
    Pricing rates that you can find on our website:
    – Non-refundable: The 100% charge will be made at the time of making the reservation and in case of cancellation of the reservation the amount will not be refunded.
    – Free cancellation rate: The reservation will be charged 7 days before arrival and you can cancel for free up to 7 days before the day of check-in.
     
     
    GUEST IDENTITY:
    The client must communicate to Durlet Apartments the total number of people who will occupy the apartment and only these people can always use it depending on the maximum capacity of each apartment. The client will provide his name, telephone number, ID or passport and email when making the reservation. Durlet Apartments reserves the right to request the same information about the other occupants.
     
    BOND:
     
    At the time of check-in, € 200 will be requested as a deposit, either in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). At the time of check-out and once the apartment is reviewed, said amount will be refunded.
     
    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
    CHECK-IN: The guest must have previously informed of their arrival time.
    The guest will be personally received in our office by Durlet Apartments staff.
    The check-in will be from 2:00 p.m. In the case of arriving before, an attempt will be made to accommodate it in the apartment, depending on the availability of the apartment, if this is not possible, the client may leave the luggage in our office until the apartment is ready. For tickets between 19.00 and 00.00 a supplement of € 30 will be charged. From 00.00 the supplement will be € 50.
     
    CHECK-OUT: It will be done before 11:00 hours. If the apartment is vacated later than 11:00 hours, an extra cost may be charged for Late Check Out.
     
    EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING:
    In the information folder you have all the instructions of the appliances for easy handling.
    The guest will have at their disposal a complete set of sheets and towels. Also included in the price of the apartment is a cleaning at the exit of the client, as well as a free intermediate cleaning for stays of 7 or more nights.
    All linen provided for the sofa bed is mandatory for sleeping on it.
     
    TAXES:
    VAT: According to the law of Spain, all reservations have a surcharge of 10% (I.V.A.); This tax is included in the total reservation invoice.
    TOURIST RATE: All reservations will have a surcharge of € 5,50 per person and night, (maximum 7 nights), to be paid upon arrival. Children under 16 are exempt from this rate.
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Durlet Apartments is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the client's misuse during their stay in the apartment, including damage, injury, loss due to theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the stay of the guest in the apartment there was a fault beyond the misuse by the guest and made it impossible to stay in the same, and always prior notification by the guest Durlet Apartments will put their means to solve it.
    If for some reason the problem could not be fixed immediately, every effort will be made to relocate the guest to an apartment of the same characteristics.
     
    HOUSE RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
     
    • The apartment is located in a building with neighbors. For this reason, silence, tranquility and compliance with the rules of good living are basic standards required of any guest. Please refrain from making noise both in the apartment and on the stairs and community areas.
    • The guest and his companions must behave in a civic way and respecting the rules of coexistence. In the event that the general rules of coexistence are not complied with, with special attention to the rest hours of the neighbors between 10 pm and 9 am, Durlet Apartments will have the right to demand the eviction of the apartment without compensation.
    • Parties are not allowed under any circumstances.
    • Pets are not allowed.
    • The apartment has been prepared so that you can enjoy it and relax in your rooms, so we ask you to treat the apartment carefully and leave it as you have found it.
    • Durlet Apartments is a company committed to the environment and that is why during your stay we ask you to help us with energy savings by ensuring that both air conditioning and heating and lights are closed when you are not in the apartment .
    • Likewise, it is the guest's responsibility to deposit the garbage daily in the containers located on the same street.
    • Keep the apartment door locked (not just knocking) ALWAYS leave the apartment. It is also important to ensure that you do not leave the apartment without the keys, and even more importantly, do not leave the keys placed in the interior lock of the apartment, which would be an extra cost since the only solution would be to call a locksmith.
    In the event of having to make any express travel to the apartment outside office hours for unjustified reasons or due to guest negligence, such as carelessness or loss of keys, it will represent a cost of € 60 plus the cost of the locksmith if there is one .
    • The loss of the keys implies a € 50 surcharge per unit.
